The Bergepanzer 2A2 A tank recovery vehicle based on the Leopard I, used by the former West Germany as a successor to the Bergepanzer I (M88A1). The right side of this vehicle is equipped with a crane that can rotate 270 degrees, capable of lifting an object up to 20 tones in weight; the dozer blade on the front can be used as an anchor in addition to removing soil. A total of 444 of this vehicle were deployed in the West German Army. The tracks on this 135-scale kit are movable, as is the crane; clear parts and photo-etched parts are included, as are decals for eight versions. High quality, precision plastic model kit.
